Mother Nature is renewing herself as we head into the Spring season and so can we. With a bit of reflection, a bit of writing and a bit of action, we can make changes in our lives whenever and however we’d like.
As we conjure up what a season of renewal could look like for each of us, we may have big, grand goals like starting a new exercise routine, planting a garden, renewing a strained relationship or heading off to a week-long retreat to renew our spirit (I wish!). We might have smaller, yet just as meaningful goals: cleaning out our wardrobes, getting better sleep, making daily connections with those around us and more.
But here’s the thing: Unless we can first visualize this renewal in our minds, it will never appear in our bodies and lives.
