Earlier this week, I released the latest episode on the Get Lit(erate). podcast that explored one of my favorite things: LISTS!

Restorative list-making is such a great way to ease into a notebook practice AND instantly benefits your actual life, too. Whether your listing is productive, reflective, creative or for any other purpose, listing gets the job done faster…and that means the benefits come faster, too.

In that episode, I shared a lists of lists (!) tailored to your purpose for list-making. I shared lists to beat overwhelm, to ground yourself, for personal growth, to hold onto good memories and to think forward, too.

Today, I want to share three new lists that are particularly restorative for you to take to your notebook, sticky note or whiteboard. I’ve formatted them in a cute, list-like way so you can print them and glue in your notebook or save them to your camera roll as a notebook spark later on. Here they are:
